Q2 2025 — Network Recap

RadzFragz crossed $24.5M in quarterly revenue, up 12.4% QoQ, driven by the Spring Major closing the quarter at a peak of 4.28M concurrent viewers on June 29. Sponsorship retained the largest revenue share (≈59%), and ticketing scaled 3.3× into June with the LAN Grand Final selling out in 11 minutes.

The audience-flow Sankey shows Valorant retaining the top share across NA + APAC, while Counter-Strike 2 dominates EMEA and is the strongest title outside Twitch (highest YouTube + Kick mix). Crimson Vipers extended their lead on the team-stat radar — top map win-rate (78%), top tournament wins (5), and the only roster above 1.55 average KDA at major events.

OKRs landed mixed — Watch Hours at 104%, Sponsor Revenue at 113%, Avg CCV at 107%, but New Subscribers fell short at 95.6%; Q3 plan shifts the Pro Circuit launch forward and adds two regional sub-leagues (LATAM, MENA) to widen the funnel.
